Sports Day is vastly approaching, here is the latest details
Organisation of the day
- The day will follow the normal school timings for the day (8:30am – 3:00pm approximately)
- IT WILL BE A 3/2 SPILIT DAY (Pd 1-2, Break 1, Pd 3, Break 2, Pd 4-5) to accommodate the running of the event
- All pupils will be expected to wear P.E kit to school on that day even if they are not taking part in any event.
- Periods 1-3 = Field Events (Period 1 – Year 9/10, Period 2 – Year 8, Period 3 – Year 7)
- NOTE: Competitors ONLY will attend this part of the Sports Day – all other students will attend Normal Lessons
- Periods 4-5 = Track Events – ALL students will attend this part of the Sports Day and sit in set enclosures
Events
Each Form Group nominates 2 competitors for EACH event – Students are only allowed to compete in a maximum of 1 FIELD and 2 TRACK (1 INDIVIDUAL AND 1 RELAY)
