SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS & DISABILITIES (SEND)

The SEND Offer and Policy are available for viewing in the attachments below. They include details about how we meet the needs of SEND students and how we evaluate our success. It is a process undertaken in partnership with students, parents, pertinent staff and relevant outside agencies where required.

Students in the care of the Local Authority are known as Children Looked After (CLA). The (CLA) coordinator who monitors their progress through their PEPs is Mrs Ballard.

We track the progress of SEND students via report systems, learning conversations, learning walks, work scrutinies,1-2-1 academic mentoring sessions and formal meetings.
