Returning to School – Thurs 2nd September
Summer passed soo quickly and we hope you had fun? Here’s a reminder of the vastly approaching return to school
Thursday 2 September : LATERAL FLOW TEST DAY
All students should come in to school to take a lateral flow test. Students can come at any time during the day and we will assist them with the test, then they are free to leave. No uniform is expected. The lateral flow test will take no more than a few minutes for each one.
Friday 3 September : Academic Review Day
Year 8-11 parents and students will be given an appointment to meet for an individual interview with form tutors. This will give us an opportunity to review the learning that has taken place this year, and set targets for next year. No uniform required.
Year 7 students will have a full day in school with their form tutors, parents need not attend.
Uniform required.
Monday 6th September : Form Tutor Day
All students will spend the day with their form tutor. We have plenty of activities planned to ensure a warm welcome back, and a smooth start to the new academic year.
The second lateral flow test will be undertaken on this day, and then the school will offer tests to all families to continue testing at home. Uniform required for all students.
Tuesday 7th September : Normal timetable
All students will follow their normal timetable from this date onwards.
